Terms and Conditions


PAYMENT OPTIONS ACCEPTED

We accept PayPal, and these major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.


ORDER PLACEMENT/SHIPPING

Each Game ordered is boxed to ship individually. Any order of 4 Games or increments of 4 will be shipped in their individual boxes combined and placed in an outside shipping carton to one address. Orders will be shipped in 3-5 business days UPS Ground. Shipping is charged at a discounted flat rate of $5.75 per Game (except Alaska and Hawaii) regardless of how Games are boxed for shipping.

 

SHIPPING

Orders will be shipped in 3-5 business days UPS Ground from payment.  UPS Ground takes an additional 3-4 days. Shipping is charged at a discounted flat rate of $5.75 per Game (except Alaska and Hawaii) regardless of how Games are boxed for shipping.

Our system is not able to add additional services like registered mail or additional insurance to the shipping. Insurance is automatically included by UPS up to $100.00. Note that delivery by any carrier can be impacted by weather, strikes, world politics, etc. If your package does not arrive within the estimated time, check the tracking number for status. If tracking indicates delivered, please check with neighbors, building managers, etc to see if it was delivered. Check your shipping confirmation to make sure the shipping address was listed correctly. If the address is listed incorrectly the customer will be invoiced the shipping charges to resend the order. If it is determined your order has not arrived, please contact us by email to to make arrangements to resend your order if you choose to send it to a different address; you may be responsible for any shipping fees to resend the order. Or we can process a full refund for the order credited back to the original credit card. If you would like expedited shipping such as overnight shipping contact us and we will do everything possible to accommodate you.


NO INTERNATIONAL/CANADIAN/MEXICAN ORDERS

Due to the complexities of copyrights, customs and other legalities we are unable to accept and fulfill orders from outside the United States.


TAXES

Customers residing in the State of Wisconsin will be assessed sales tax at the then current statutory rate. No taxes will be charged to all other customers on their order(s).

 

GIFT PURCHASES

We are happy to ship to another address as a gift. Please provide the name and address for shipping on our checkout page. A gift card limited to 10 words can be included in the box with the Game. See checkout to provide us with your message. No gift-wrapping is available.


CANCELLATIONS

If your Order has not yet shipped and you wish to cancel it, contact us at 414.405.1098 and we will do our best to accommodate you. Keep in mind if the order has already gone to post we are unable to cancel it.

If you placed an order by mistake please contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to cancel the full order and process a full refund before it is processed for fulfillment and shipping.

If you purchased a product within an order by mistake, please contact us as soon as possible so we can add a note to the order to remove the item from the order and process a refund before the order is processed.

 

ADDING TO A PREVIOUS ORDER PLACED

Unfortunately our system will not also allow us to add items to orders with completed payments. Simply order separately as a new order. Shipping is the same whether a part of your previous order or as a new order-- $5.75 flat fee per Game.

 

RETURNS/REFUNDS

Unused, unopened Games with an unbroken seal can be returned within 15 days of Purchase for a full Game refund if the Game is in the same condition as when shipped and in the original shipping box.

Email  or call for a return authorization number before shipping. Anything sent without a return authorization number will be refused.  Place it in its original packaging and address it to:  Forte Designs llc  /  2012 W Saddlebrook Lane  /  Mequon, WI 53097.

Please include a note with the reason for return.  The customer is responsible for shipping costs for the return of any unwanted/unneeded Game.

After inspection, a refund will be processed and credit applied to the original credit card of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Be sure to select a shipping method with a tracking number and add extra insurance to the package. Forte Designs cannot be responsible for mail that does not reach our door.

NOTE: If purchasing Games in advance of using or gifting, please be sure to check the order upon receipt or within 15 days of Purchase.  Refunds will not be made beyond 15 days.

 

EXCHANGES

If a Game is found to be defective or damaged when you receive it, follow the instructions for Return mailing above.  It is important to include a note describing why the Game is being returned. Once received, a replacement of the same Game Edition will be sent in exchange. and a credit will be issued to the original credit card for reimbursement of return postage in the flat-rate shipping amount. Tracking will be provided.

 

INCORRECT-MISSING-DAMAGED PARTS                

Email with the issue. For incorrect or damaged items, please include a picture of the item and provide the order number and identify the incorrect/damaged items(s) in the order. We will replace missing items or items inadvertently shipped which were damaged in manufacture at our expense.


TILE REPLACEMENT

While we would like to replace tiles lost in play we are unable to do so as it would be difficult to know which tile was lost.  However, in the unlikely event a tile(s) becomes damaged, return it to us First Class in an envelop address to: Forte Designs LLC 2012 W Saddlebrook Lane, Mequon, WI 53097. Include a self-addressed stamped envelope and we will return a tile to replace the one that’s been damaged. Note that tiles are washable with water.
